    The core functions of Thermal Compensation Management System are as follows:

    • ■  Based on the spindle temperature collection at the X-axis and Z-axis guide rails and the bearing seat, the spindle temperature information is monitored in real time.
    • ■  Through the temperature rise and thermal error polynomial regression analysis at the guide rails and the bearing seat, a temperature difference compensation model is constructed.

    ① Data Acquisition

    • ➤ Communicate with the machine tool through the data acquisition service to realize the real-time writing of the machine tool R address data.
    •  Use the Modbus communication protocol to parse the temperature sensor data in real time.
    • ➤ Establish the binding relationship between the temperature sensor and each axis of the machine tool (X, Y, Z and spindle).
    • ➤ Clean and process the collected temperature data to remove abnormal values and ensure data quality.

     Data Analysis

    • ➤ Calculate the error change Δμ in combination with real-time temperature data.
    •  According to the preset compensation model and the relationship between the axes of the machine tool, when the error change exceeds the set threshold, the corresponding compensation value is output through linear interpolation and other methods.
    • ➤ Use the HTTP Server interface to write the compensation value to the R address corresponding to the machine tool in real time.

    ③ Data Storage

    • ➤ Real-time temperature data is stored offline, including key information such as timestamp, reporting frequency, axis number (such as X, Y, Z and spindle).
