SIGER Real-time Measurement System is a high-precision and highly time efficient measurement management system developed by SIGER based on the characteristics of the precision machining industry, combined with machining centers, lathes, and other mechanical processing processes. It provides IR40 probes and T20 tool presetters to achieve on machine measurement, automatic tool presetting, automatic compensation, and other functions. It can save 90% of auxiliary time and achieve reliable and timely process quality control, making CNC machining simpler and more efficient!

Core functions of online detection:

• ➤ Pre-programming measurement macro program before processing, batch production process, to achieve the workpiece in the machine measurement;
• ➤ Main measurement data: rectangular thread outer diameter, outer circle of the workpiece, inner hole, and the size of the bottom of the groove, automatically judge the workpiece lost circle, concentric, etc.
• ➤ Automatic analysis of measurement results, automatic analysis of product size qualified, scrap;
• ➤ Automatically calculate and write the compensation value, online adjustment of the product processing process;
• ➤ Configure the first inspection, final inspection and process inspection as required;

Signal transmission:

SIGER-IR / RF series measuring head uses infrared / wireless communication transmission trigger signal, signal stability is not affected by the external wireless signal source, to ensure the consistency and stability in the measurement process.
