西格数据 QMS质量管理系统V1.2版本正式发布！
近期，西格数据针对客户需求，快速迭代了质量管理系统V1.2版本！新增了设备台账信息、APP端数据收集、APP端查询统计、问题跟踪等功能。
新增了量具台账、APP端数据收集、APP端数据查询、APP端图表展示、Web和APP端问题跟踪、显著性分析等功能，并优化了数据收集格式、支持量具自动采集、SPC监控和详情查询等功能，在客户操作便捷性、数据分析、数据挖掘深度进行了进一步的提升。

记录设备台账信息，包括量具采集方式的配置。

APP端对检验的数据查询统计，可以用于PDA、安卓手机、IOS手机。
4、问题跟踪
创建问题清单，可以制定行动计划，系统自动推送责任人并跟踪执行过程及关闭。

优化合格率统计、首件进度，增加缺陷统计、SPC状态及问题进度跟踪。

1. Add equipment ledger information
Record equipment ledger information, including the configuration of measuring tool collection methods.
2. Data Collection - AP End
The data collection for verification on the APP side can be used for PDAs, Android phones, and IOS phones.
3. Query and Statistics - AP End
The APP can be used for querying and statistics of inspection data on PDAs, Android phones, and IOS phones.
4. Problem tracking
Create a problem list to develop an action plan, and the system will automatically push the responsible person and track the execution process and closure.
5. Quality Dashboard Update
Optimize qualification rate statistics, first article progress, increase defect statistics, SPC status, and problem progress tracking.
