SIGER  Adaptive Machining System (AMS) is based on real-time monitoring technology and intelligent adjustment algorithms, realizing real-time adjustment of machine tool spindle power, and automatically adjusting the spindle feed multiplier to the optimal parameter by combining with the process learning of the cutting process. At the same time, the Adaptive Machining System sets the upper limit for specific tools and part materials in combination with the corresponding tool process load, and automatically reduces the feed rate in case of large loads in the machining process to ensure stable quality and safety in the machining process;
