SIGER Quality Management System V4.9 Version Iterative Released.
In order to solve the pain points of lagging quality status tracking and single-dimensional root cause analysis in manufacturing enterprises, the SIGER Data product team has specially carried out an iterative upgrade of this version. This version has added two new functions: "Quality Status Overview" and "Quality Statistical Analysis". The former realizes real-time transparency of the entire chain of incoming materials, inspection, and process inspection. The latter accurately locates the root cause of the problem through four dimensions of employees, equipment, materials, and inspection items, helping enterprises to efficiently evaluate quality results and continuously optimize.

This feature integrates key indicators across four dimensions: employees, equipment, materials, and inspection items, into a single-page view. This helps companies comprehensively understand quality status at each stage, accurately identify the root causes of defects, and improve quality control efficiency.
