SIGER Data Adjust Machining System V1.3 Version Iterative Released.
In order to improve processing safety and operation convenience, the SIGER Data product team has specially upgraded this version. This version introduces high-frequency vibration signals for risk judgment and optimizes the feed control logic, aiming to more accurately avoid quality risks caused by increased feed; at the same time, new features are added, such as automatic addition of desktop shortcuts and automatic startup at startup, to simplify user operations, shorten deployment cycles, and comprehensively improve the user experience.

Adjust Machining System (AMS) is an intelligent control system that optimizes machining efficiency by real-time monitoring of the machining process, combining machining data and adaptive adjustment technology. The system can collect equipment operation data in real time, dynamically adjust machining parameters, and improve production efficiency while ensuring machining quality. 3.1 "Feed Control Logic" Function Optimization

In order to improve deployment efficiency, the AMS software package installation function is upgraded, and the automatic creation of desktop shortcuts and boot-up auto-start functions are added to achieve full automatic configuration. The SIGER Data’s Adjust Machining System (AMS) is based on real-time monitoring technology and intelligent adjustment algorithms to achieve real-time adjustment of the machine tool spindle power, and automatically adjust the spindle feed rate to the optimal parameter in combination with cutting process learning. At the same time, the AMS adaptive machining system sets an upper limit for specific tools and part materials, combined with the corresponding tool process load. When a large load occurs during the machining process, the feed speed will be automatically reduced to ensure the quality stability and safety of the machining process.
