To improve the accuracy of field configuration for collection devices and ensure data consistency between MAZAK (including Smart, 640, Smooth series) devices and other collection devices, support for MAZAK spindle speed collection has been added, achieving full range synchronization of data collection.

3.2 "Siemens DNC Transmission" Function Expansion

In order to expand the functional scope of DNC transmission, the addition of DNC transmission supporting Siemens OPCUA protocol not only improves data transmission efficiency, but also enhances system compatibility to meet the requirements of complex production environments.

3.3  "Multi condition Import/Export" Function Extension

In order to improve deployment efficiency, the data log function has been expanded, with the addition of conditional collection fields and the implementation of fast import and export functions for data logs.

3.4  "Data Acquisition Platform" Function Expansion

To enhance the applicability of the data acquisition platform, integrate line edge reporting and collection functions, and achieve an efficient and integrated data management solution.

3.5 "Automatic Inspection" Function Added

To achieve unmanned operation and maintenance management, an automatic inspection function has been added to monitor job status in real-time and improve the stability of system operation.

3.6  "Server Backup" Function Extension

Upgraded the server backup function, added data pull backup function, simplified the data recovery process, further strengthened the data security defense line, and ensured the continuous operation of the business.
