The Trajectory Compensation Management System V1.0 will be applied to SIGER's flagship product, SIGER i-NC Trajectory Compensation Management. It is a digital solution tailored by SIGER and Hanmai Technology to meet the precision optimization needs of actual machining scenarios. Optimization of machining accuracy based on online measurement feedback and adaptive trajectory adjustment principles. Firstly, timely online measurement should be conducted on the actual machining process to obtain measurement data. Then, based on theoretical CAD part models and measurement data, the machining program is optimized and used for machine tool machining to improve machining accuracy and efficiency.
