    Release Background

    In order to improve data processing efficiency and user experience, the SIGER product team has upgraded this version, which extends the Demage DNC function, enhances RFID chip read-write support, introduces HTTP DNC backup, and adds gateway network detection function to enhance data security and network stability, and help enterprises upgrade to intelligence.

    The IOT platform, also known as the IoT data collection platform, is a system that focuses on collecting data from connected devices and sensors.     3.1  Demage DNC Function Expansion


    Expanded the DNC collection function of Demage, added support for new protocol DNC, fully compatible with Demage CELOS mode VPS and regular type DNC functions, as well as MAPPS mode regular type DNC functions, greatly enriching Demage's brand program transmission capabilities.



     

    3.2 Extended support for RFID chip reading and writing


    Optimized for Baruff RFID chip acquisition, not only supporting Siemens BISM6000 reader/writer, but also adding Dawen reader/writer.



    3.3 Add HTTP based DNC backup

    Supplementary measures have been taken in terms of program backup, and deployed projects can complete backup functions through HTTP pull, enabling quick addition of new features. Database collection extends support for local file types (Access, SQLite) and is compatible with multiple open database access methods such as Oledb and Odbc.




    3.4 Monitoring of device heartbeat status


    Enhanced consideration for network stability, added gateway network detection function, supporting gateway and local server network status detection; When a network failure occurs, it can be viewed through this interface for offline troubleshooting and recovery. After network recovery, data loss caused by network problems can be avoided, and a visual network detection interface is provided;




    The SIGER data acquisition platform is an important support for digital factories, with corresponding functions including data acquisition of CNC status, output, parameters, faults, etc; Equipment knife repair data transmission and management; Equipment abnormal shutdown management and control functions.
