SIGER i-NC Mold Precision Optimization System V1.2 New Version Released
Recently, Jiangsu SIGER Data Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as SIGER) teamed up with Wuhan Hanmai Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hanmai Technology) to rapidly iterate the i-NC mold accuracy optimization system and officially released V1.2.
SIGER i-NC
The SIGER i-NC mold precision optimization system is a digital solution tailored by SIGER and Hanmai Technology to meet the precision optimization needs of actual machining scenarios. Optimization of machining accuracy based on online measurement feedback and adaptive trajectory adjustment principles. Firstly, timely online measurement should be conducted on the actual machining process to obtain measurement data. Then, based on theoretical CAD part models and measurement data, the machining program is optimized and used for machine tool machining to improve machining accuracy and efficiency.
Background Information
In the processing of traditional large molds, due to the thermal deformation of the lead screw caused by the gantry movement, the lack of smooth compensation for tool wear, the accumulation of errors in AB mold clamping, and the gravity effect of the large mold itself, the workpiece undergoes spatial deformation. To solve these problems, SIGER and Hanmai Technology provide a one-stop real-time online optimization system to ensure product accuracy.
Function Description
The SIGER i-NC trajectory compensation management system includes real-time acquisition of machine tool data, real-time acquisition of 3D data, and acquisition of machine tool and tool parameters. Combined with real-time measurement, it completes corresponding process variation calculation and trajectory optimization, achieving tool trajectory optimization and accuracy control.
This iteration involves functions such as overall status display, measurement preparation management, precision control preparation, precision optimization execution, and system configuration management.

Based on the workpiece model, optimize the machining program to better fit the customer's business process, avoid duplicate data preparation, and optimize the configuration process.
Customize the upper and lower limits of measurement error for optimizing data validation during the process, in order to avoid the risk of errors caused by unexpected situations on site.
Add a measurement result verification step, refine the operation process in clear steps, and display the progress according to the status to reduce user learning costs.
View the simulation of the tool path before and after program optimization, visually view the optimization compensation results, control the visibility/invisibility of the trajectory and measurement fixture, as well as the color of the workpiece model, measurement fixture, and interface background, and perform operations such as zooming in, zooming out, and rotating.
